DEFENSIVE DINKS

The traditional dink has the target area of your opponent’s kitchen. A dink straight ahead is 14 feet and 24 feet from the NVZ line and the sideline cross court to the other NVZ line and sideline. Hitting soft dinks that land in your opponent’s kitchen can be considered to be drop shots.
